  • [Product]What should I do if my cosmetics don't suit my skin?

    Your skin tends to be sensitive to small irritations or foreign substances to protect your body from the outside world, and cosmetic adverse reactions can also occur when some of the ingredients in a product don't work for you.

    If a cosmetic product does not feel right on your skin, we recommend that you stop using it and give it a break for about 2-3 days before trying it again.

    Do not use it on your face right away, but try it on the inside of your arm or behind your ear (where you would put motion sickness pills) and observe for any abnormalities, and if there are any abnormalities, the product is not suitable for your skin and we recommend that you stop using it or replace it with another product.


    Requests for treatment expenses due to problems after use must be for the purpose of treating diseases diagnosed and prescribed by a dermatologist. However, there must be a causal relationship with cosmetics, and we will not pay if it is due to voluntary cosmetic or beauty care purposes.
